SEISMIC ACTIVITY STRIKES SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

A strong earthquake struck Southern California early this morning, sending shudders through the region. The epicenter was located near thirty miles southwest of Palm Springs.{ While the magnitude is still being assessed, early reports indicate a significant event.
